Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship & Retention
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, timely renewals, and proactive risk mitigation.
Conduct governance meetings, account reviews, and client feedback sessions.
Understand client strategy, IT roadmap, and procurement priorities to anticipate upcoming needs.
Revenue Growth & Expansion
Identify and qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Otech s offerings (data center, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, IOT, SI).
Prepare account development plans outlining revenue targets, expansion opportunities, and risk management actions.
Partner with Pre-sales and Finance to develop expansion proposals, focusing on opening new business opportunities and identifying upsell and cross-sell potential.
Proactively drive new logo acquisition by identifying and engaging prospective customers.
Make sure renewal cycles including approvals, commercials, and documentation aligned with renewal team.
Track account P&L, billing, and collections to ensure sustained profitability.
Operational Coordination & Governance
Maintain account health dashboards with metrics like NPS, renewal pipeline, receivables, and client issues, in coordination with revenue operations
Collaborate with delivery, service management, and legal to address operational or contractual challenges.
Ensure accurate CRM updates and account documentation for reporting and forecasting, in coordination with revenue operations
Client Advocacy & Growth Enablement
Develop client case studies and reference stories showcasing delivered impact.
Support marketing and sales leadership by providing insights on client satisfaction, service gaps, and expansion potential.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
Certification
MBA and Certification in Key Account Management preferred.
Experience
2 5 years of experience in account management or customer success in ICT, system integration, or managed services.
Proven success in driving cross-sells, and upsells with large enterprise or Oil&Gas clients.
Skills
Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationships within key accounts across Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
Proficient in CRM tools, Excel dashboards, and forecasting reports.
Strong financial understanding of pricing models and margins.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
