Roles & Responsibilities
To plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production activities in the offshore fabrication yard, ensuring fabrication works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Plan and execute fabrication activities for offshore structures such as:
- Jackets, decks, modules, skids, pipe racks, piles
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans in coordination with Planning and Construction teams.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per approved schedules and priorities.
- Monitor fabrication sequences and optimize workflow to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Interface with Engineering for drawing clarifications and technical resolutions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for stage inspections and timely clearance of works.
- Work closely with HSE to ensure safe execution of all production activities.
