Job description

  1. Support daily office operations by handling administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
  2. Assist in executing marketing activities, including social media coordination, promotions, and basic content preparation.
  3. Maintain and organize office records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  4. Manage garage inventory by tracking tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and reporting shortages.
  5. Handle government-related processes, including documentation, submissions, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.
  6. Assist in case handling by coordinating documentation and maintaining accurate records of ongoing cases.
  7. Liaise and coordinate with legal representatives (lawyers) regarding case updates, documentation, and scheduling.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in administrative and operational activities.
  9. Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for management regarding administrative, inventory, and case-related matters.
  10. Provide general support to different departments as required to ensure smooth business operations.


Skills

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or operational role will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
  • Good understanding of the local market and familiarity with relevant business activities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing activities and administrative processes.
