Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of pharmaceutical and industrial health products across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in Muscat.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and procurement teams at key Muscat facilities including SQUH, Royal Hospital, and leading private hospitals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct regular client visits across Muscat's key areas.

  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Muscat territory.

  • Report on sales performance, call records, and pipeline updates regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.

  • 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Muscat or Oman. Existing relationships with

  • Muscat healthcare professionals and pharmacy networks is a plus.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.

  • Valid Omani driving license is mandatory.
