Job description
We are launching a workshop management platform built for auto repair
shops in Oman — appointments, quotations, parts, vehicle history,
invoicing, reporting, and a customer portal. The product is built and
ready. We are looking for one local partner to take it to market.
This is a commission-based reseller role, not employment. You stay
independent, you keep your other work, you bring in workshops and you
earn for every one that signs and stays.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach auto workshops across Muscat (and beyond)
- Run product demos (we'll train you and back you up technically)
- Close deals and hand off onboarded clients to us for setup
- Stay the relationship owner for renewals — that's how you keep earning
Compensation (per workshop, not company share)
- 50 OMR signing bonus for every workshop onboarded
- 5 OMR / month recurring for every active workshop, paid as long as
they remain on the platform
- Optional territory exclusivity once you prove traction
- No cap. Top performers can build a meaningful recurring income
alongside their existing work.
You are a fit if
- You are based in Oman with the right to work / contract here
- You have B2B sales experience, ideally with SMEs
- You either know the auto workshop scene (parts, service, insurance,
workshop owners) — or you have proven you can open cold doors fast
- You can dedicate at least 5–10 focused hours per week
- You communicate in English; Arabic is a strong plus
Bonus
- Existing relationships with workshops, parts dealers, or insurance
brokers in Oman
- Background in IT solutions sales, POS, or SaaS for SMEs
Not a fit if
- You are looking for a fixed salary or full-time employment
- You expect equity / shares in the company
- You cannot dedicate consistent weekly time
