Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations, enabling proactive risk management.
  • Develop and implement effective safety training programs tailored to specific job functions to enhance employee awareness and skills.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) considerations into planning and execution phases.
  • Monitor incident reporting and investigation processes to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Bachelor's degree or a related field degree is essential for a strong foundational knowledge.

  • NEBOSH IGC certifications is mandatory

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.

  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols to mitigate workplace hazards is crucial.

  • Candidate shall be immediately available to join.

  • Preferred available in OMAN and have OQ project experience.
