Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing agency revenue. This role involves strategic planning, pitching creative solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising campaigns.

Identify and secure new business opportunities across Oman and the GCC
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients (startups, SMEs, and established brands)
Lead meetings, pitches, and presentations with confidence and clarity
Understand client needs and translate them into opportunities for Qissah.
Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to shape tailored proposals.
Negotiate and close deals aligned with business goals
Represent Qissah at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term collaboration
Desired Candidate Profile
Good experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency experience is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in pitching ideas and closing deals
Understanding of branding, marketing, or creative industries
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong understanding of the local market
Preferably Bi-lingual
