Position: Asst Manager -Mechanical RHF & Finishing Engineer -Rolling Mill

Qualification: Diploma Engineering / B.Tech -Mechanical
Experience:

For Diploma 10-14 years of relevant experience

For B.Tech: 35 years of relevant experience

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible to oversee maintenance activities for the Reheating Furnace (RHF) and finishing section of the rolling mill. The role focuses on ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle maintenance of Reheating Furnace (RHF), cooling bed, and finishing mill equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability with minimum downtime.
• Coordinate with production and electrical teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with plant policies.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of RHF and rolling mill finishing equipment
