Role & responsibilities

The Planning Engineer Civil will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control for industrial construction projects. The role involves preparation of baseline schedules, resource planning, tracking project progress, coordination with project teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
• Coordinate with site execution, procurement, engineering, and subcontract teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Track manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Monitor project milestones and critical path activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Participate in project review meetings with management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

BE/BTECH Civil with exp in project scheduling / planning/ factory / industrial /marine building / with valid passport /
