Purpose of the Role: Responsible for providing admin support to Terminal Sales & Retail Dept. Service & both aviation operations.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 5–10 years
Experience in Years: Minimum of 5–8 years
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Description:
Liaising Management with any activity of selling & disposal of the business and operations.
Assisting in preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Coordination with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Supporting documentation, filing, and maintaining records related to sales and services.
Monitoring inventory and assisting in procurement activities when required.
Handling communication with vendors and service providers.
Assisting in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Functional Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
