Job Title: Asst. Admin

Job Code: FBO - A03 SERVICE DIVISION

Department: TERMINAL SALES AND OPERATION (TERMINAL SALES & RETAIL AND AVIATION – LOB)

Industry: Facilities Management

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for providing admin support to Terminal Sales & Retail Dept. Service & both aviation operations.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 5–10 years

Experience in Years: Minimum of 5–8 years

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Description:

  • Liaising Management with any activity of selling & disposal of the business and operations.

  • Assisting in preparation of sales reports and presentations.

  • Coordination with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Supporting documentation, filing, and maintaining records related to sales and services.

  • Monitoring inventory and assisting in procurement activities when required.

  • Handling communication with vendors and service providers.

  • Assisting in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Functional Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
