The Role We are seeking a driven and professional Female Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our team full-time in Muscat. You will be the face of our company — selling our packages, building lasting client relationships, and playing a key role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell our marketing packages across all tiers and price ranges
• Actively seek new clients and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Understand each client's needs and match them with the right package
• Negotiate, follow up, and close deals professionally
• Maintain regular communication with active clients throughout their projects

Compensation

• Base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Commission of 15% to 25% on every active contract you bring in — as long as the client remains with us, you keep earning

Skills

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional
• Must be based in Muscat, Oman — this is a fully on-site position
• Proficiency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
• Background in marketing, media, or digital services
• Existing business network in Oman or the wider GCC region
