Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Apparel & Home Textiles to join our team in OMAN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across B2B and retail channels, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the apparel and home textiles market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B and retail sales for apparel and home textile products

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors

  • Conduct regular visits to clients, including retail stores, corporate buyers, and distributors

  • Promote and sell apparel and home textile products effectively, highlighting product features and benefits

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and regular sales reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales within the apparel and home textiles industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets

  • Ability to work independently in an outdoor sales environment

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
