Roles & Responsibilities

• Create 3D footwear designs from scratch and prototypes using 3D software.

• Develop detailed hard designs that are suitable for production.

• Bring new ideas from concept to reality.

• Translate hard design concepts into workable prototypes and optimize them for both durability and comfort.

• Generate 3D renders, animations, and technical drawings for presentations, prototypes, and marketing materials.

• Optimize designs for both aesthetics and functionality, including material choices and comfort.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and new software tools.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance product designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a 3D Footwear Designer

• Strong proficiency in 3D modelling software.

• Knowledge of footwear construction and materials.

• Experience with CAD software and digital prototyping tools.

• A creative eye with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into realistic models.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.

• Familiarity with footwear manufacturing processes and technologies.
