Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across terminal operations.
Implement Lean principles, Daily Management Systems, PDCA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Monitor key operational KPIs such as throughput, turnaround time, and energy consumption.
Analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
Support process optimization projects and digitalization initiatives.
Coordinate benchmarking activities and implementation of best practices.
Assist in compliance audits, internal reviews, and governance requirements.
Support risk identification and mitigation initiatives.
Work closely with Operations, HSE, and internal stakeholders to align improvement plans with safety and quality standards.
Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and maintain relevant documentation.
Support training sessions and continuous improvement awareness programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or process optimization roles.
Good knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and operational excellence frameworks.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar systems.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Commitment to HSSE standards and safe work practices.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
