Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Training Manager to join our team within a well-established casual dining chain in Muscat, Oman.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's objectives and enhance employee performance, utilizing various training methodologies and tools to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments of training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the team.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, learning modules, and interactive workshops, that meet the needs of both new hires and existing staff.
- Facilitate training sessions on customer service best practices, food safety protocols, food quality and operational procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of continuous learning, providing resources and support for ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Lead onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they are familiarized with company policies, procedures, and the overall mission, vision, and values of the company.
- Act as a mentor and coach for trainers and restaurant managers/supervisors, providing guidance and support to enhance their training delivery skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating innovative approaches to keep the training programs relevant and effective.
