We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Director for our client, a reputable FM Service provider in Oman. The role ensures a compliant, and value-driven supply chain supporting Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), catering, accommodation and utilities. This role will oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and vendor management to optimize efficiency, strengthen partnerships, and deliver high-quality support to operations.
Key tasks and duties:
- Lead high-impact strategic sourcing initiatives across critical spend categories (MEP, HVAC, catering, utilities, consumables, specialist subcontracting)
- Support bid and tender pricing by directly engaging with key suppliers to secure competitive and sustainable pricing structures.
- Ensure procurement and logistics are closely aligned with bundled FM service delivery, performance-based contracts, and hybrid commercial models.
- Ownership of strategic and high-risk subcontracting arrangements, including selection, commercial structuring, and negotiations.
- Lead operations of central and regional warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy, quality, and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive supply chain experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing supply chains for large-scale catering, hospitality, or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of food and non-food products, cold chain logistics, and warehousing systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / JDE).
• GCC experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in multi-site operations
