Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or above
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
- Demonstrated computer skills, able to pick up and learn new software quickly
- Native Arabic speaker
- Fluent English speaker
- Able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job type and work schedule: full-time 6 days per week from 10 am till 7 pm or from 2 pm till 10 pm
Pay: starting from OMR 300
Location: Oman Automobile Association, Ghala
