Infrastructure Management:
§Design, implement, and manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure
ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
§Administer and maintain data center, servers, storage, virtualization,
and cloud platforms to ensure reliable and high-performance operations.
§Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and operational
KPIs using monitoring and alerting tools.
§Automate infrastructure operations and optimize service delivery to
improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
§Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls, access
management, and compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks.
§Ensure to enforce infrastructure standards, governance controls, and
configuration baselines.
§Perform capacity planning, lifecycle management, and asset optimization
including warranty and refresh tracking.
§Involved in infrastructure incident, problem, and change management
activities including root-cause analysis and CAB participation.
§Develop and maintain SOPs, architecture documentation, and operational
knowledge repositories.
§Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to support teams and
handle escalation cases.
§Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service teams to
enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
§Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to support
innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement.
Business Continuity:
§Participate in
cconducting impact assessments to identify critical systems, dependencies,
and define RTO/RPO requirements.
§Involved in designing and maintaining disaster recovery and
high-availability architectures, including replication, backup strategies, and
cloud/site recovery solutions.
§Plan, execute, and document DR and backup testing, including failover
exercises, restore validation, and corrective actions.
§Monitor backup and DR health, maintain recovery documentation and
runbooks, and continuously improve BC/DR readiness based on incident reviews
and audit requirements.
Security Management:
§Implement and maintain best security controls, practices and solutions to
protect company’s systems and data.
§Manage identity, access governance, and segregation of duties while
enforcing security policies and minimum baselines.
§Oversee vulnerability management, patching, endpoint protection,
encryption, and overall security posture.
§Monitor threats and security incidents while proactively addressing
emerging risks and improvements.
§Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, governance requirements,
audits, and provide security guidance and documentation.
Projects Management:
§Manage
assigned Technology Infrastructure projects to ensure adherence to budget,
schedule, and scope of project.
§Participate
in the assigned technology related projects managed by the business units.
§Develops,
maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project
objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, etc.
§Identify,
assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with governance,
security, and regulatory requirements.
§Establishes
and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to
affected staff and stakeholders.
§Work closely
with the vendor’s team and monitor the implementation activities in line with
technical specifications.
§Ensure
accurate and up to date documentations are in place for IT Infrastructure
components.
Vendor Management:
§Interact with
vendors for specific requirements to understand the functionality and recommend
the best solutions in line with business requirements.
§Involved in
vendor selection, contracting, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management
to ensure alignment with technical, security, compliance, and organizational
requirements.
§Manage vendor
risk, and service delivery through compliance assurance, deliverable
validation, and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure vendors are properly onboarded and offboarded in line with
Information Security Policy, including security due diligence, access control,
compliance verification, and timely revocation of vendor access upon contract
closure.RequirementsMinimum Qualification
§Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,
Networking, or a related field.
§Professional certification in Microsoft Systems Administration and/or
Cloud Infrastructure Technologies is highly preferred.
§Professional certification in Cloud Security Technologies, Information
Security or Networking is preferred.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
§Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in configuration,
administration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including
servers, storage, backup and security systems.
§Strong practical experience managing Microsoft on-premises technologies
(e.g., Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server, Hyper-V,..).
§Proven experience managing Microsoft cloud technologies, including
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and related services.
§Basic hands-on experience administering Linux-based servers.
§Solid theoretical and practical understanding of networking concepts,
protocols, and architectures.
§Good knowledge and experience in network security best practices and
infrastructure hardening.
§Practical experience with physical security systems such as access
control systems, CCTV, and VoIP solutions.
