Job Summary: Crystal Flash LLC is looking for an experienced Project Sales Supervisor to lead the project sales team and manage sales activities related to construction and lighting projects. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, supervising the sales team, and ensuring smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage project sales activities. Set sales targets and monitor team performance. Review technical and commercial proposals (BOQ, drawings, lighting calculations). Coordinate with design, warehouse, and logistics teams for project delivery. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare regular sales and project progress reports.
Skills
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management. Minimum 4 years of experience in project sales or sales management. Knowledge of tendering and project documentation. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM systems (Odoo is an advantage). Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Valid driving license preferred.
