As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and service for our customers, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and effectively. You will be involved in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Oman, PA location on a Hybrid work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving technical issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


· Provide technical support and service for customer equipment and systems.


· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.


· Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.



Qualifications:

YOU MUST HAVE


· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electronic Instrumentation and control


· Minimum of 1 year of experience in field service engineering or a related technical role.


· Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Control and Automation.


· Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


· Experience with diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations.
