Requirements
& Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the Training / Education industry in Oman.
- Strong knowledge of Oman’s training institute market and corporate training requirements.
- Familiarity with OPAL standards, HSE training, Defensive Driving, and NPORS / RTITB Lifting courses is essential.
- Valid Oman driving license (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible work requirements.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an
advantag
