Supplier Liaison: Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality work. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to provide a safe working environment. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders concerning project status, challenges, and milestones. Problem-Solving: Quickly address any issues or conflicts that arise during the fit-out process.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Relevant experience in fit-out or interior construction projects. Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant software (e.g., Auto CAD). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Project Management: Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
