We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving and Inventory Clerk to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and possess strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all items are properly logged and stored.
• Assist in the organization and management of inventory, including stock rotation and replenishment.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill inventory requests and ensure timely stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and vendors when handling inquiries regarding inventory.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

What We need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in receiving, inventory management, or a related role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
