Off-Plan Sales Manager

Hamptons Oman is inviting applications from an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and expand our off-plan residential sales division, with a strong focus on international markets.
This role is centered on driving off-plan sales to overseas investors, managing international sales channels, and working closely with developers to maximise project performance.
Key Responsibilities • Lead off-plan residential sales activities with a strong international focus • Develop and execute global sales strategies for off-plan projects • Manage international client pipelines and investor relationships • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Oversee lead management and client conversion • Collaborate closely with developers and internal teams • Monitor sales performance and provide market insights
Requirements • Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales • International sales exposure is an advantage • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Strategic, commercially focused, and target-driven
