Key Responsibilities:  Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Taiba Group.  Develop, implement, and monitor corporate strategies, policies, and business plans.  Oversee daily operations and ensure effective coordination across all departments.  Represent the Group in official, regulatory, and external stakeholder engagements.  Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.  Oversee financial performance in coordination with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Approve key operational, financial, and strategic decisions.  Identify business risks and growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.  Lead senior management, evaluate performance, and support organizational development.  Ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and achievement of business objectives.
