Chief
Mechanic responsible of the Maintenance, repairs and installation of all associated
mechanical equipment. This includes compressors, and other equipment. Change
oil and filters and lubricate all vehicles maintenance and repair, Pumps,
Motors, Engines and other mechanical.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair prime movers and other
  engines.
  
• Maintain and repair two stage and four
  stage Gas/air compressor, heat exchangers and air dryers.
  
• Replace regulators and all valves in air
  system.
  
• Repair pneumatic pipe hoisting and handling
  equipment.
  
• Assist other departments in equipment
  maintenance, repair or operation.
  
• Work closely with other engineers,
  designers, and technicians to meet deadlines.
  
• Assistant with project management on select
  projects.
  
• Manage shop drawings and submittals.
  
• Manage project issues and resolutions.
  
• Provide feedback on standards and best
  practices.
  
• Lead, mentor and support mechanical team.
  
• Perform all engineering analysis required
  and develop quality design for projects.
  

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in Mechanical
  Systems (HVAC & Plumbing).
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical
  Engineering preferred. 
  

Skills:

• Skilled Revit and CADD user.
  
• Understanding of current building codes
  & regulations.
  
• Adept at prioritizing workload and
  proactively communicating in order to ensure deadlines are met.
  
• Ability to apply technical expertise
  quickly.
  
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
  
• Expert level understanding of MEP drawings
  and specifications.
  
• Extremely responsive and dedicated to
  meeting expectations.
  
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
  in a team environment.
