Intelligent Solutions has been mandated by a leading Insurance broker in Oman to hire a strong, dynamic Business Development Manager who will lead, develop and execute their sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients & partners and meeting the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expansion goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurers, and partners to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Implement sales processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the line manager on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay current on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Skills & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Professional certifications in sales management or insurance (e.g., CII) are a plus.
