Administration Assistant

Zoomlion - Oman - Masqaţ

Responsibilities:

§Get internal approvals in system for suppliers, asset purchase, etc.

§Search for and negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers

§Work within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders

§Develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders

§Order products and authorize payments

§Manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries

§Research possible item selections

§Identifying the company's needs, based on the volume of demand, before choosing the quantity of products to purchase

§Awareness of changes that may affect the supply and demand of certain products and materials

§Well known to organize relevant people

§Resolving problems that may arise with merchandise or with the supplier

§Researching and evaluating product performance


Other Requirements:

1.Living in Muscat with experience on administration aissistant

2.With driver license

3.Good at computer and SAP

4.Has attention on details

5.Result oriented

6.Female is preferred.
