We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Adeo Cybersecurity. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our cybersecurity experts to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their security posture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing corporate customer relations in line with the company’s strategies and goals
- Proactively tracking customers by understanding their strategic growth plans and technology strategies
- Managing the customer sales processes in accordance with the company's principles
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers in line with industry dynamics and guiding the sales process throughout the organization
- Conducting visits to potential new customers and expanding the customer portfolio
- Managing customer proposal, contract, pricing, and adjustment processes
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from a university with a bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience as a sales representative, excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable about Cybersecurity or Technology Sales
- Minimum 3 years' industry sales experience with account management skills
- Ability to think strategically and take initiative
- Solution-oriented and able to work towards targets
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations customized to the audience needs
- A team player with strong collaboration skills
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Candidates who are Omani nationals
