Reporting to the Development Director you will be responsible for obtaining relevant authority approvals for design and engineering drawings and specifications. Your role will involve working with various departments within the development team as well as external government authorities to support the timely completion of our projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of authority's approval experience with a real-estate developer or reputable engineering design consultancy in Oman
- Previous experience in the Oman market, working on large scale masterplan communities including mixed-use buildings, townhouses, villas, retail and internal community infrastructure.
- Good understanding of construction and real estate specifications and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Result oriented and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and support.
