We need an HR Generalist on behalf of our multinational client based in Oman who can support both HR Manager and the country manager with HR processes specific to Oman, as well as broader HR/Admin functions for the Middle East region.
- Will support various HR functions, including policies development & implementation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance and etc.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's overall HR strategy and support business objectives
- Facilitates and supports the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Qualification requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. Any HR Certification (CIPD or SHRM) is a plus.
- 2 - 4 years of previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in global acting companies
- In-depth knowledge of Oman Labor Law is mandatory (UAE and KSA are considered a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for this position
