Team Leader- Conversion Rate Optimization

Role Objective: -

Responsible for growing and developing audiences for Omanair.com from the acquisition of traffic using various paid and unpaid communication channels activating the users onsite and mobile using personalization and experiments.



Area of responsibility: -

1. Generating revenue by improving purchase intent leading to conversion and improving overall retention.

2. Continuously building A.B experiments onsite to improve user experience.

3. Improve efficiency of fare marketing platform in conjunction with SEM and SEO teams

4. Enhance the traffic acquisition via Search engine optimization, content optimization, off-site optimization.

5. Segment customer data and build cohorts to strategize communications via various customer journeys to improve engagement and reduce churn.

6. Identify ways and ideas to cross sell and upsell products and services post purchase.

7. Analyse customer trends and behavior

8. Support ecommerce product manager to derive ideal product features as outcome of the experiments and personalization.

9. Rationalize the communications to customers across channels to improve engagement and reduce customers at risk.

10. Collaborate with multiple ecommerce vendors to maximize the efforts in driving revenue.

11. Segmentation of audiences and mapping the same to advertising channels to improve ROAS.

12. Collaborating with performance marketing team to elevate the use of first party data.

13. Custodian of messaging channels and optimizing the use of owned communication channels to improve user engagement, conversion and reduce churn rates.

14. Implementing media measurement tools, mobile analytics platforms to track and centralize the customer behavior data and utilizing for conversion optimizations across website and mobile app

15. Responsible for measuring cross channel engagement and monitoring.

16. Understanding the unified customer data and scope for improvements on the go.

17. Maintain target conversion rate and uplift from optimization initiatives.

18. Optimizing Omanair customer journey to earn loyalty by working on all the necessary elements to improve the performance of digital experience.

19. Support other departments, Revenue management and Marketing by providing them with the needed tools to reach their goals.

20. Manage and support multiple projects in a fast-paced with deadline-driven environment.

21. Any other responsibilities assigned by management and LM as and when necessary.




Education & Experience: -

Bachelor's degree in business/ marketing information systems, Data Science, or related field with mandatory 4+ years of CRO/CDP/fare marketing platform experience in airline industry



Special Skills & Knowledge: -

Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing)

In-depth understanding of web/user/app-analytic tools.

Knowledge of CDP systems, customer journey orchestration platforms like Insider/Sitecore/Adobe AEP/Oracle/Telium.

Experience in mobile measurement platforms/mobile analytics/SDK integration.

Proven knowledge on event mapping across mobile and website for data unification.

Proficient in various data analysis techniques and procedures.

Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.

Able to orient data analytics insights with the end-user in mind.
