Senior Financial Accountant

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Financial Services Manager/Senior Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in accounting, tax, business services, business analysis, and client communication. This role involves managing financial operations, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
  • Oversee and manage the accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Tax:
  • Provide comprehensive tax planning and compliance services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
  • Advise clients on tax strategies and implications for business operations.
  • Business Services:
  • Offer a range of business services including financial consulting, business planning, and risk management.
  • Assist clients in developing business strategies and improving financial performance.
  • Manage client portfolios and ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions.
  • Business Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy development.
  • Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and personalized service.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and business services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
