Job Title: Senior Specialist, People Performance Management (14099)

Role Purpose:
Conduct various analysis within performance management function including performance management administration and delivery, statistical analysis and reporting, objective setting and counseling in line with team objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Performance Management Administration and Delivery:
- Supports development and implementation of a communication plan for the Performance management process across all levels for each cycle.
- Participates in and support development and implementation of performance management processes, procedures, and policies
- Supports line managers ensuring that company-wide annual performance management process is completed on time and within budget.
- Provides input to rewards and policy team in development of performance related reward structure and incentive schemes.
- Follows up with line managers to ensure meet submission deadline for performance related data.
- Works with Career Development team to identify high performing individuals
Statistics, analysis, and Reporting:
- Collects results from annual performance management process and produces management reports.
- Analyzes company results and makes recommendations on the performance evaluation process.
- Collects and gathers feedback for improvement of performance management
Training and Counseling:
- Supports development and delivery workshops to managers and employees (preferably in both English and Arabic
- Point of contact and provides ongoing coaching and training to line managers and employees to addresses any questions or concerns related to performance management.
- Supports line managers through objectives setting process to ensure individual, team, and departmental objectives are aligned to corporate objectives.

- Have good oral and written communication skills both Arabic and English

- Be able to interact and consult effectively with management and employees
- Works towards becoming a high quality internal service provider ensuring that all performance management requirements are being met
Education /Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant filed.
- Preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant subject.
Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience..
