THE ROLE:

Campaign Manager will be the one point contact between Partner & MetLife. He / she will oversee all aspects of day to day management and ongoing coordination. They are also responsible for creating and managing campaign budget and have good interpersonal & organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Expertise in Operations, Vendor Management, Client Relationship & end to end sales process
  • Campaign Planning
  • Customer Segmentation
  • Product Sequencing
  • Persistency
  • Forecasting, Planning & managing current & future campaigns
  • Campaign Profitability / P&L management


Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage all DM campaigns operating through bank call centers
  • Daily Reporting.
  • Reports to be sent in the approved template
  • Correctness to be ensured
  • Handle & resolve escalations from call center agents, TL’s and customers.
  • Provide On Job training for agents and ensure they are competent enough in delivering sales numbers.
  • Monitor random calls to improve call quality and keep service quality levels up to MetLife Standards.
  • Provide escalation Metrics for customer complaints and maintain TAT’s.
  • Proactively act in facilitating sales, service, operations efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure smooth & seamless operations process.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:

Strong campaign management background with the below credentials

  • Banking / Insurance back ground
  • Extensive experience in driving and motivating team to achieve targets with strong negotiation skills

  • Strong Inter Personal Skills
  • Manage sponsor relationship strategically based on business requirements
  • Strong insight of financial industry, should be able to interpret and prepare strategic presentations
  • Set bold aspirations and clear vision for relationship
  • Set and execute a sponsor relationship strategy that defines which issues to focus & which opportunities to pursue
  • Ensure financial success & monitor quality
  • 5-10 years of experience with insurance & banking industry.
  • Candidate to be a graduate or post-graduate
