About the Company

Applica Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a leading Energy Operator client to work on an innovative project developing Oman’s first regional LNG bunkering hub. This project aims to supply LNG as a marine fuel, supporting a greener future for maritime transportation.

About the Role

As the Deputy Construction Manager, you will support the Construction Manager in overseeing all construction activities for the LNG plant. Key responsibilities include ensuring construction engineering is executed on schedule, managing progress within the project budget, and ensuring compliance with HSE and technical standards. You will coordinate with various project teams, manage interfaces with key partners, and guarantee the plant's performance and readiness for commissioning. Additionally, you’ll contribute to maximizing local content through In-Country Value initiatives.

About You

• Minimum 5 years experience working in Middle East
• Minimum 5 years in similar roles on major international construction contracts / EPC
• Engineering degree required

You will be an experienced construction professional with strong leadership and coordination skills. You will have a deep understanding of construction engineering and project management in large-scale industrial or energy projects. Knowledge of HSE regulations, compliance standards, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential. Experience with LNG plants or similar large infrastructure projects is preferred.
