TECHNOSERVE is looking for “Sales Engineer” in Dubai, UAE. The Ideal candidate should be Mechanical Engineer with experience in sale of mechanical products like Pumps, Valves, Power transmission products and process products with valid UAE Driving license. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Thorough product and application knowledge about Pumps, Valves, Power transmission, and process products.
- Identifying new sales leads and Communicate with existing and potential Customers to generate leads and opportunities on regular basis.
- Demonstrate strong expertise for assigned products and services for the industry.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing and potential Customers and maintain close relationships with key Customers.
- Understand client needs and requirements through effective sighting processes.
- Follow up with Customers to ensure our products and services are meeting their requirements and expectations.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products and services to customers.
- Proactively reacts to Customers RFQ’s. For both the Company and the Customer coordinate the technical and commercial review of the quotation and assist with the negotiations for the same.
- Maintain excellent communications externally and internally including regular sales and monthly reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (forecast, customer visit report, etc.) showing sales volume including potential sales, monitored against the budget, with action plans to address variations.
- Achieve sales target in designated territory, grow market-share and penetrate new markets.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
- To carry the image of the company professionally in every environment.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience as sales engineer in UAE.
- UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
- Ability to understand and explain engineering drawings.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Quality focus, self-driven personality.
