Job Title: Brand Sales Promoter (OMANI)

Job Summary:
The Sales Staff / Promoter is responsible for driving sales of perfume products through exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge, and effective promotional strategies. This role involves engaging with customers, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience to enhance brand loyalty and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement and Service:
- Greeting and Assistance: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting perfumes based on their preferences, needs, and occasions.
- Personalized Recommendations: Utilize detailed product knowledge to recommend perfumes, highlighting unique features, benefits, and usage suggestions.
- Demonstrations: Apply perfumes on customers and provide samples to allow them to experience the product.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Sales and Performance:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals by actively promoting and selling perfumes.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related products such as skincare and makeup to maximize revenue.
- Sales Reporting: Track daily sales figures, monitor performance against targets, and report insights to management.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- In-Depth Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full range of perfumes, including new releases, bestsellers, and seasonal collections.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and consumer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
- Training Participation: Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Merchandising and Store Presentation:
- Display Management: Ensure perfume displays are organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked. Regularly refresh displays to highlight new or promotional products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring timely replenishment of products.
- Promotional Activities: Set up and manage in-store promotions, events, and special offers to drive customer interest and sales.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to understand preferences and improve service delivery.
- Administrative Duties:
- Transaction Handling: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and electronic payments, and provide receipts.
- Reporting: Complete required reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and inventory status.
- Team Collaboration and Support:
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales staff to achieve common goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Training Support: Assist in training new staff members and share best practices to enhance team performance.
- Compliance and Procedures:
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, health and safety, and data protection.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance with store operational procedures and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or retail management are advantageous).
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- In-depth knowledge of perfumes and fragrance products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Performance:
- Achievement of individual and team sales targets, including total revenue generated and average transaction value.
- Customer Satisfaction:

- Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrated understanding of product features and benefits, as evidenced by effective customer interactions and sales results.
- Inventory Management:
- Accuracy in managing stock levels, reducing stockouts and overstock situations, and efficient handling of inventory replenishment.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Maintenance of organized and appealing product displays, contributing to a positive shopping experience and effective promotion of products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO325.000 - RO500.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
