Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in managing DOOH advertising campaigns. This includes preparing proposals, coordinating with clients, ensuring timely campaign execution, and tracking performance. The role also involves assisting with sales reporting, client communications, and administrative tasks to drive sales efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales proposals, presentations, and client contracts.
  • Coordinate DOOH campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain client relationships and handle inquiries.
  • Track sales progress and campaign performance.
  • Support market research for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree in Marketing, Business, or or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales or media/advertising.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.
