Officer – Business Support & Marketing

Role Overview

Creative & Analytical thinker with a passion for marketing & be part of support function. The primary purpose of this role is to support & facilitate business development team in executing business development & marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition & enhance customer retention. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of business support, marketing, including market research, campaign planning, digital marketing & branding


Key Responsibilities


Business Development:

  • Synchronization & co-ordination with BD team for seamless process Input sales activities.
  • Prepare monthly Sales input & Quote to conversion ratio.
  • Track & review all marketing activities in terms of creating new opportunities & conversion
  • Create & publish weekly / monthly Sales & Marketing dashboards
  • Design new plans to increase existing client’s stickiness & retention
  • Promote awareness through offline joint activities / events along with sales team to generate new leads


Manage marketing campaigns:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures website content, advertisements & videos.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.


Digital marketing & online presence:

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media & content marketing.
  • Monitor website analytics, track online conversions, and implement strategies to improve online visibility and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and protect the company’s brand reputation and manage crisis communication, if necessary.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop compelling and visually appealing brand assets.


CSR , ESG & Other Activities:

  • Conduct CSR activities as per local / regional / group’s plan
  • Support in executing ESG activities as per group’s guidelines
  • Ability to thrive in fast- paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with relevant industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Any other tasks or responsibilities that company may assign deem fit


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
