Field HSE Advisor/Officer

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Providing Health, Safety & Environmental advice and training for office & site based personnel's with a focus on construction.
  • Regular engagement including visits to site / offices within the region to support Regional Management and lead the network of Health, Safety and Environment representatives, to facilitate participation and consultation.
  • Conducting HSE inspections, participate in audits and investigations.
  • Regular engagement with contractors’ workforce and inspections of work location to ensure execution is progressing in a safe manner.

Requirements

  • A diploma/degree/certificate in Health & Safety or demonstrated industry relevant experience.
  • Min 5 years' experience in HSE within the oil & gas and energy industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment disciplines with desired minimum qualifications in Lead Auditor, NEBOSH National General Certificate, or IEMA foundation certificate in Environmental Management
