As a Data Collector, you'll be responsible for managing all agency property & car dealership data. You will also be responsible for planning and efficiently reporting information while ensuring your clients are satisfied.
In this role, you will:
- Travel to various buildings within assigned areas, including residential, commercial properties, and automotive dealerships;
- Identify and document the contact information of real estate agencies and car dealerships operating in each building or complex;
- Collect detailed contact information, including company name, address, phone number, email address, and key contact persons;
- Ensure that all information is accurate, complete, and current;
- Record collected data using provided tools or software, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Note any additional relevant details such as business hours, services offered, or special conditions;
- Verify the accuracy of collected information through follow-up calls or secondary sources if needed;
- Address any discrepancies or issues in the data collection process promptly;
- Provide regular updates to the supervisor on progress and any challenges faced during fieldwork;
- Submit collected data in the required format and ensure it is organised for ease of use;
- Interact professionally with real estate agents, dealership staff, and building management to gather necessary information;
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour during interactions;
- Responsible for data entry, organisation, and data integrity in CRM;
- Contact prospective or existing customers to collect the listing data;
- Provide exceptional customer service both on the telephone and online;
- Provide support for the management of the day-to-day operations;
- Review the collected content for quality and accuracy and make changes as needed;
- Work with other teams to produce content that meets the objectives of Dubizzle Oman;
- Maintain personal production records in alignment with productivity targets. Complete logs and control forms and required documentation as required;
- Handle field questions and complaints in a courteous manner and escalate to their supervisor as appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- A valid driver's license in Oman
- Previous experience in data collection, fieldwork, or customer service;
- Experience using CRM platforms and handling data entry tasks
- Understanding of data collection methods and tools;
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data management practices;
- Familiarity with local geography and knowledge of real estate or automotive industries;
- Awareness of data privacy regulations and best practices;
- Familiarity with each project's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation;
- Proficiency with digital tools and data entry software;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Reliable, able to meet deadlines, and deliver quality data;
- Polite and courteous in dealings with customers, real estate agents, and dealership staff;
- Ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing situations;
- A strong attention to detail
