Job Description:
As an Online Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices and digital advertising is a plus.
