Skills and Responsibilities (Job role):

This position will include maximum presence in the Greenhouse with low-med desk level management at the time of reporting and documenting. 80% on site work will include key decision making at the production level

Equipment handling:

GH mobility

Fogging trolley

Germination rack

Seeding machines

Primary focus area:

Water chemistry

Crop health

Transplant crops

Plantation planning

Harvest planning & execution

Plant nutrition

Supplement management

IPM

Qualification:

Professional horticulture/agriculture degree/diploma
