Social Media Executive

Job Overview:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy. This role involves creating engaging content, growing the company’s social media presence, and interacting with our online community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

  • Develop and curate engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and edit visual content such as graphics, videos, and photos.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring timely and consistent updates.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors’ activities.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow the online community by engaging with followers and responding to queries.
  • Collaborate with customer service to address customer concerns and feedback.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop content that supports overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
