Salary: 500 Ro with Family Accommodation
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4-5 years in a related field, proficiency in MS office, Excel and Word, excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance marketing, sales and production.
Must be able to lead the organization with proper coordination with Vendors and Contractors.
Responsible for general supervision of all phases of factory operations, including production, quality, control, maintenance, manage complete store, records, stocks, purchase of raw materials etc.
Must be a high performer to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Achieve growth and hit sales targets, Design and implement a strategic: business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Present sales, revenue, revenue, expenses COGS reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
