Main Objective: Ensure the optimal functionality and safety of the manufacturing facility, overseeing maintenance, upgrades, and compliance with industry regulations.

Character Profile: A meticulous manager with a keen eye for detail. This individual is adept at ensuring smooth facility operations, balancing the needs of production with safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and timely repairs to keep the facility in optimal condition.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Equipment Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and procurement of manufacturing equipment.
  • Budget Management: Manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train the facilities team, fostering a culture of efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

  • Proficient in facility management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
