Position: Business Development Specialist

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Summary: This role should have excellent communication skills, strong market research capabilities, and well-established connections in the Oman market. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting client’s expansion in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Present and promote client’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Account Management:Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and act as their advocate within the company.
  • Networking and Connections:Leverage existing market connections and establish new relationships to support business growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote client.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 Years of experience in the relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work effectively under pressure
