Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at CONNECT's location in Muscat. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing processes, and ensuring effective coordination between different departments. The role involves optimizing operational efficiency and supporting the successful execution of events and exhibitions.

Pre-event:

• Communicate with stand contractors.
• Oversee the fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.
• Manage visa applications, customs, and clearing processes.
• Prepare for onsite rebooking procedures.
• Manage acquisitions and purchase orders.
• Liaise with the venue for delivery and fulfillment of orders.

Onsite:

• Address exhibitor requirements promptly.
• Ensure smooth setup.

Post-Event:

• Coordinate with stand contractors to clear the venue.
