As a Facility/Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the group of restaurant facilities and staff housing. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and restaurant equipment
- Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, preferably in UAE
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient facility management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and restaurant equipment
- Experience in coordinating repairs and maintenance activities
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures preferably in the UAE
